Account & Registration

Visit the page Register, fill in the form with your full name, active phone number, email address, password, and withdrawal PIN. Then enter the OTP code sent to your phone number for verification. The entire process usually takes 3–5 minutes and your account will be active immediately. For full access including the highest withdrawal limit, also complete the KYC process by uploading a photo of your ID card from the account settings menu.

No. Each user is only permitted to have one active account. Owning more than one account — whether using your own identity or someone else's — is a serious violation that will result in the permanent blocking of all associated accounts along with their entire balances. If you experience issues with an existing account, contact the support team for recovery assistance.

The minimum age to register and use 999kz services is 18 years old. This requirement will be verified through the KYC process using an official identity document (ID card). Accounts proven to be owned by users under 18 years of age will be permanently blocked.

Login to your account and open the menu Account Settings, then select the Security tab. There you can change your password by entering your current password and creating a new one. Withdrawal

Withdrawals at 999kz are processed automatically 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including public holidays. For local bank transfers, funds typically arrive within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved. For e-wallets such as GoPay, OVO, or DANA, the process can be even faster. There are no manual delays as everything is handled by the automated system.

There are a few requirements to meet before making a withdrawal: (1) KYC must be verified, (2) the bank account or e-wallet destination must be registered under the same name as your 999kz account, (3) if you have an active bonus, make sure the rollover requirements have been met. A withdrawal may be rejected for several reasons: the destination account name doesn't match your account name, KYC is incomplete, your balance is insufficient (including unmet bonus rollover requirements), or there is suspicious activity on your account requiring manual verification. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 1 hour with no explanation, contact the 999kz support team immediately with your transaction number for follow-up.
