1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 999kz as the platform provider. This document governs all aspects of platform use, from registering an account and making transactions to participating in promotions and resolving disputes.

999kz reserves the right to change, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to monitor updates to the Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account or using 999kz's services, you automatically confirm that:

2. Registration and Account Management

Each user is only permitted to have one active account at 999kz. Owning more than one account — whether in your own name or under another person's identity — is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all accounts involved, along with their balances.

2.2 KYC Verification

999kz applies KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to protect every member's security and ensure compliance with financial regulations. KYC verification is completed by uploading a photo of an official ID (KTP) and a selfie holding that document.

Accounts that have not completed KYC may face certain feature restrictions, including lower withdrawal limits. Once KYC is verified, all limits apply in full and the platform's features can be used without additional restrictions.

2.3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity carried out by others who gain access due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential. 999kz is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by information being compromised on the user's end.

5. Game Rules

All games available on the 999kz platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system — or in the case of live casino games, real dealers in a licensed studio. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by 999kz or any other player.

• Confirmed game results cannot be cancelled or modified after a round has ended.
• In the event of a technical disruption (disconnection, extreme lag) during a round, the 999kz system will complete the round based on the last state recorded on the server — not on the user's device.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in a game is considered a serious violation and will result in cancellation of wins and potential account closure.
• 999kz abides by the game provider's final decision in the event of any dispute over results.

• Use of automated software (bots) to play or place bets.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

999kz reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Detection of fraudulent activity, collusion, or system abuse.
• Self-exclusion request by a member (responsible gaming feature).
• The member is found to be below the minimum permitted age.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may not be withdrawable depending on the nature of the violation. 999kz will provide a written explanation upon request by a member whose account was closed for reasons not constituting a serious breach.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
